    将泄洪 闸及厂房坝段两侧过流边线范围内下游河道两岸开挖至82.0m高程,与下游天然河道顺接,开挖范 围左岸至消力池下游约750m,右岸至厂房尾水下游700m;两侧开挖边坡坡比1:3,表面采 用干砌块石保护,砌石护坡顶高程92.0m,顶宽5m,地面以 上采用石渣填筑,背坡坡比1:3。

The top elevation of the masonry slope is 92.0m, the top width is 5m, and the gravel is filled above the ground, the back slope ratio is 1:3.

Basic processing

    根据《混凝土 重力坝设计规范》中的有关规定,泄洪闸 基础防渗的设计标准为透水率ω≤3Lu,确定防 渗帷幕穿过含砾中粗砂岩承压水层,伸入到基岩透水率ω≤3Lu线以下5m。帷幕底线平均高程为26m,孔深约30m。由于该枢纽水头较低,坝高较小,防渗灌 浆帷幕设计一排,孔距定为2m,技施时 可根据现场灌浆试验情况作调整。

According to the relevant regulations in the "Code for Design of Concrete Gravity Dams", the design standard for the foundation seepage prevention of floodgates is the water permeability ω ≤ 3Lu, it is determined that the anti-seepage curtain passes through the confined water layer of the coarse sandstone in the gravel and extends to 5m below the bedrock permeability ω ≤ 3Lu line. The average elevation of the bottom line of the curtain is 26m and the hole depth is about 30m. Due to the lower head of the hub and the lower dam height, the anti-seepage grouting curtain is designed in a row with a hole spacing of 2 m. The technical application can be adjusted according to the on-site grouting test.

6.5.3  发电厂房建筑物设计

Power house building design

(1)  厂区布置

Plant layout

    河床式 发电厂房布置在左汊河床偏左侧位置,靠岸侧为安装场,河中间 为主厂房机组段,机组段 右侧紧挨泄水闸布置。安装场 地面高程与厂区地面高程、发电机 层地面高程相同。开关站采用GIS型式,布置于 主机间下游侧的副厂房内。主机间 段沿水流方向依次布置有拦沙坎、进水渠、拦污栅、检修闸门、主机间、下游副厂房、尾水平台、尾水闸门及尾水渠。

厂房坝段总长438m,其中主机间总长338m,电站总装机容量1500MW,厂内共安装有8台轴流 式水轮发电机组,单机容量187.5MW。在主机 间的左端设置安装场,总长100m。副厂房 主要布置于主机间下游侧的尾水管上部空间内,在安装 间底部及下游侧也有部分房间布置。主变压 器布置于主机间下游侧的尾水平台上,GIS室布置在下副GIS层(115.3m高程),在GIS室的顶 部屋顶布置有出线场。

The total length of the dam section of the plant is 438m, of which the total length of the mainframe is 338m, and the total installed capacity of the power station is 1500MW. There are 8 axial-flow hydro-generator units installed in the plant, with a single unit capacity of 187.5MW. The installation site is arranged at the left end of the host, with a total length of 100m. The auxiliary plant is mainly arranged in the upper space of the draft tube on the downstream side of the mainframe, and some rooms are arranged on the bottom and downstream side of the installation room. The main transformer is arranged on the tail water platform on the downstream side of the mainframe, the GIS room is arranged in the lower sub-GIS layer (115.3m elevation), and the outlet field is arranged on the top roof of the GIS room.

厂房进 水渠与主机间同宽,按平顺 引水并拦挡泥沙的基本原则布置。厂房进 水渠分为水平段和进水口反坡段。结合工 程地质条件及泄洪闸堰顶高程等因素,考虑引 水条件及与原河床平顺衔接的要求,将进水 渠水平段的高程定为84.80m,通过1:4的斜坡段过渡至65.00m高程。

The inlet channel of the plant is the same width as the mainframe, and is arranged according to the basic principle of smooth water diversion and blocking of sediment. The inlet channel of the plant is divided into a horizontal section and a water inlet reverse slope section. Combined with engineering geological conditions and floodgate elevation, considering the water diversion conditions and the requirements of the smooth integration of the original riverbed, the elevation of the horizontal section of the inlet channel is set at 84.80m, which transitions to  the 65.00m elevation through the 1:4 slope.  

结合进水渠平台布置,在主河 床部位设置有拦沙坎,以便于 在泄流期间将拦沙坎前拦截的泥沙尽可能地导向溢流坝并排至下游河道。

Combination with the arrangement of the inlet channel platform, a sand trap is arranged at the main riverbed to facilitate directing the sediment intercepted before the sand trap to the overflow dam and discharging it to the downstream river channel during the discharge.

    尾水渠与主机间同宽,尾水管出口高程为54.10m,通过1:4的反坡段过渡至84.80m高程。对于反 坡段末端与主河槽之间原地面高于84.80m的部分需要开挖清底,以保障 电站尾水能平顺归入主河槽。尾水渠 右侧与溢流坝之间设置有导墙(与拦沙坎连接),避免泄洪、排沙时 对尾水发电水位的扰动,影响机组运行,并防止 泥沙淤积尾水渠。

The tail channel is the same width as the mainframe, and the outlet of the draft pipe is 54.10m, which transitions to the elevation of 84.80m through the 1:4 reverse slope. For the part of the original ground between the end of the reverse slope section and the main river channel higher than 84.80m, it is necessary to excavate the clearing bottom to ensure that the tail water of the power station can be smoothly classified into the main river channel. A guide wall (connected to the sand trap) is arranged between the right side of the tail channel and the overflow dam to avoid disturbance to the tail water power generation level during flood discharge and sediment discharge, affecting the operation of the unit, and preventing sediment from accumulating the tail channel.

    电站进 厂可从左岸土石坝段马道经过船闸然后进入厂区,交通相对方便顺畅,满足电站设备运输、安装及运行要求。

The power station entering the plant can pass through the ship lock from the left bank of the earth-rock dam section and then enter the plant area. The traffic is relatively convenient and smooth, meeting the transportation, installation and operation requirements of the power station equipment.
